Our History:

On May 1, 2005 Horizon Sales (a 19 year trade mark to Northern California) operated by Joe DePiano and Pat Brighella joined forces with Heath Bedal of Pinnacle Sales.

The merger gives the JPH Group a powerful presence in the Northern California and Nevada Markets.  The merger allows the JPH Group to aggressively represent products to Irrigation Consultants, Landscape Architects, Landscape Contractors and Irrigation and Landscape Wholesalers.


Who We Are:

Joe DePiano has been an ASIC board member for 20 years, and was a member of the national board of directors for 2 years. He has been in the irrigation business since 1969, and started Horizon Sales in 1986.  Joe has a vast knowledge of the Designer and Architectural side of our business.  

Pat Brighella brings his experience in sales management within Green Industry Manufacturers.  He currently is on the Sacramento Valley Landscape & Nursery Expo committee, and has volunteered on numerous ASLA and CLCA events.  

Heath Bedal is the current CLCA State Board President (the first non-contractor voted in as president).  He has been the past Sacramento Chapter President, Associate Member Director on the CLCA State Board, and the 2006 Sacramento Valley Expo Chairman.  Heath was awarded the CLCA’s 2003 Associate Member of the Year Award.
